The Pregnancy course in miracles book is a resource written by a nutritionist by the name of Lisa Olson. As a matter of fact Lisa is a nutritionist and was one time an infertile woman. In fact she was given several infertility treatments only to find out that it did not help her. After years of trying her doctors told her that she could not get pregnant and that she was not fertile.
She wasn’t prepared to go childless and decided to do some research by reading on some of the books on oriental medicine. Findings of her research was fascinating. If the physical body refuses to do something, there must be a reason for that. Imagine you trying to plant an Apple tree in the Sahara. However much water and fertilizer you give it, the plant will refuse to grow. This is because the environment surrounding the plant is not 100% suitable for its natural growth. It’s the same situation with a mother and child, if the mother’s physical body is not conducive for a conception, however much you try, you cannot get pregnant.
Ms. Olson learned that simple things in day to day life may be affecting your natural equilibrium in an adverse manner. For example, if you are a smoker or a drinker that can be very bad. Ever been around a person who drinks a lot of coffee or smokes excessively? Even if they haven’t had their last cigarette or cup of coffee for days, you could still smell the coffee or the cigarette. Why is that? Because the chemicals in these things get absorbed into the system. And this will signal the control centers that you are not ready to have a baby. If you do, you’re taking a risk.
What she learned from her readings was substantial. She now wanted to put that knowledge into practice. And what better way to do it than to try it on herself. She became pregnant shortly after she began to practice what she learned, not once, but twice giving birth to two beautiful children. Instead of being selfish and keeping the secrets to herself, Lisa decided to share them with the world and published what she learned on a book called ‘Pregnancy Miracle’. So far, it has helped women from over 127 countries get pregnant! So yes, it can certainly help if you’re struggling to get pregnant!
